About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Designs solution roadmaps, according to business strategies and processes in solution architecture, through client requirement analysis, cross-team collaboration and problem resolution.
Designs solution roadmaps, and system and software architecture according to business strategies and solution architecture standards/processes.
Analyzes client requirements and determines appropriate solutions to these requirements based on business needs.
Resolves routine to moderately complex problems and issues in solution architecture; assesses any potential risks and determines solutions to these risks.
Works with other solution architecture staff, technology experts and business stakeholders to provide functional support to clients on solution architecture updates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of AML/bank secrecy regulatory requirements and audit expectations.
Experience implementing or supporting AML platforms (e.g., Oracle FCCM, Actimize or equivalent).
Proven experience designing large-scale data processing architectures (batch-heavy environments).
Experience working with cross-functional teams including compliance, fraud, and data engineering.
Strong expertise in data ingestion architectures (batch pipelines, ETL frameworks, scheduling tools such as CA7).
Experience with ETL platforms (e.g., Informatica) and modern data frameworks (e.g., Spark, distributed processing).
Understanding of AML transaction monitoring, alert generation, case management, and SAR workflows.
Familiarity with model integration patterns (ML/analytics pipelines).
Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures (preferred future-state capability).
Experience with observability, logging, and data lineage tracking.
Familiarity with different types of UML diagrams.
Familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
