About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execution operations and supporting overall planning of credit loss forecasting activities
Technical planning, design, development, and operational process execution for CECL and CCAR processes
Running complex business performance, risk and operational analytics
Development of analytical methods/models for financial products
Analyzing large datasets to improve risk-adjusted returns
Establishing baselines for strategies and tracking performance
Developing segmentation and targeting for acquisition and portfolio strategies
Engaging with internal and external information suppliers to ensure solutions fit for purpose
Collaborating with business, credit, data, and model development partners
Designing/enhancing reporting suites for product/portfolio reviews
Assessing and establishing credit risk appetite

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
Technical product ownership experience
Proficiency in Python coding
Proficiency in SQL
Knowledge of credit loss forecasting activities
Background in IT infrastructure and bank balance sheets
Effective communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
