About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serves as the People Manager for the Enterprise Voice Engineering team, responsible for day-to-day leadership, staffing, performance management, and overall team delivery across voice platforms and services
- Owns the end-to-end engineering and operational lifecycle for enterprise voice infrastructure, including architecture alignment, platform stability, and production support for critical communications systems
- Acts as the technical and functional leader for voice technologies (VoIP, SIP, Teams Voice, CUCM, Genesys, Avaya), ensuring solutions meet business, regulatory, and resiliency requirements
- Leads strategic initiatives and transformation efforts, including cloud migration, legacy decommissioning, and M&A integration activities impacting voice platforms
- Partners across Engineering, Network, Security, Contact Center, and business stakeholders while managing key vendor relationships to ensure aligned delivery and continuous improvement

- Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable
- Industry experience is typically 8+ years
