About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a large book of business (400+ clients) in the $2-10MM segment
  • Conduct significant outbound calling, identifying business needs
  • Drive new opportunities within assigned relationships
  • Analyze business tax returns and structure small business loans
  • Leverage technology to enhance client engagement through multiple channels
  • Collaborate with the Virtual RM team to share best practices
  • Identify and mitigate risk, including regulatory and credit risks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • Knowledge of Business Banking
  • Client Outreach skills
  • Familiarity with Credit Products and Credit Training
  • Customer Engagement and Customer Loyalty skills
  • Ability to identify Sales Opportunities
  • Experience managing Small Businesses
