About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a large book of business (400+ clients) in the $2-10MM segment
Conduct significant outbound calling, identifying business needs
Drive new opportunities within assigned relationships
Analyze business tax returns and structure small business loans
Leverage technology to enhance client engagement through multiple channels
Collaborate with the Virtual RM team to share best practices
Identify and mitigate risk, including regulatory and credit risks

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
Knowledge of Business Banking
Client Outreach skills
Familiarity with Credit Products and Credit Training
Customer Engagement and Customer Loyalty skills
Ability to identify Sales Opportunities
Experience managing Small Businesses
