About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.
  • Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes.
  • Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups.
  • Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes.
  • Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements, translating complex business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience and working knowledge of mobile applications (iOS and Android).
  • Strong ability to act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience working with APIs and integrations.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end system integrations, including microservices architectures.
  • Proficiency using Jira for Agile delivery.
  • Strong experience documenting requirements and system knowledge in Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proven expertise in creating high-quality analysis artifacts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting testing and validation efforts.
  • Solid understanding of data flows and business rules.
  • Experience working in large, regulated enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
