About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.
Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes.
Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups.
Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes.
Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements, translating complex business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience and working knowledge of mobile applications (iOS and Android).
Strong ability to act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams.
Hands-on experience working with APIs and integrations.
Deep understanding of end-to-end system integrations, including microservices architectures.
Proficiency using Jira for Agile delivery.
Strong experience documenting requirements and system knowledge in Confluence.
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proven expertise in creating high-quality analysis artifacts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting testing and validation efforts.
Solid understanding of data flows and business rules.
Experience working in large, regulated enterprise environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
