About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with a broad group of stakeholders to produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for executive audiences.
Manage reporting schedules and facilitate coordination across stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct data analysis and prepare executive-level presentations.
Access source systems to gather data and supporting content for inclusion in executive presentation materials.
Develop and maintain reporting templates to ensure consistency and standardization.
Field and manage requests from stakeholders within the President’s CIO Group to update or enhance reporting templates.
Maintain a centralized calendar of report due dates and orchestrate stakeholder activities to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Drive alignment across stakeholders on tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and prioritization, particularly in environments with competing priorities and tight timelines.
