Key responsibilities & impact

plays a critical role in accelerating profitable marketing growth by developing, applying, and scaling next-best-everything decisioning optimizations
focuses on improving the quality, performance, and stability of self learning models by developing analyses and business cases
partnering closely with data science teams and key business stakeholders
generates key analytical insights that inform decision inputs, including algorithm refinement, value frameworks, propensity models, constraints, and business rules
incorporating enterprise and channel context and ensuring regulatory compliance
consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of progressive experience in marketing, customer, or decision analytics (preferably in financial services)
strong results orientation
increasing ownership of complex analytical problems
Pegasystems CDH experience is advantageous
strong analytical and communication skills
effective cross functional collaboration
ability to translate model driven decisions into clear business and customer impact
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
certifications are often desired, and in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
