Key responsibilities & impact

Sets strategic direction for Request for Proposal/Request for Information teams
Oversees and directs proposal response teams' timely, comprehensive and accurate response to proposal requests
Provides subject matter expertise on all matters relating to investment management
Establishes team vision
Manages a team of direct reports, indirect internal resources and outside vendors
Constructs and manages staffing models for budget recommendations
Manages identification, management and updating of external third party data bases
Manages the request for proposal/request for information process
Ensures education of team, sales staff and internal partners
Manages decision making processes for completion/submission of requests
Anticipates plans and manages the need for tracking and activity reporting process
Ensures quality assurance of output as well as market competitiveness

Requirements

5+ years of industry-relevant experience
At least 3 years of prior management experience
