About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Fulfillment by providing comprehensive loan documentation support
Ensure new and existing team members understand requirements and expectations
Provide clear guidance, aligned with internal legal resources
Support day‑to‑day inquiries and escalations
Independently identify and manage the resolution of exceptions
Serve as a point of escalation
Coach operations process managers and team members
Ensure understanding, acceptance and support for business support services, methods, capabilities or initiatives through collaboration with executives, business partners and team members
Ensure the business adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory standards
Independently resolve compliance issues and drive risk mitigation activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree
5+ years of industry-relevant experience
Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions
Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities
