About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Servicing a complex commercial real estate loan portfolio
Ensuring compliance with loan documentation and servicing agreements
Processing transactions and timely reporting to stakeholders
Analyzing loan agreements to accurately apply terms
Resolving non-compliant issues through communication
Assisting in periodic reporting and covenant compliance testing
Maintaining accurate loan servicing records
Onboarding new loans and transitioning paid-off loans
Supporting tax and insurance administration
Performing collection activities on delinquent accounts
Serving as a subject matter expert and providing training

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor's degree in related field
Knowledge of complex loan servicing
Ability to analyze and interpret complex loan agreements
Excellent communication skills
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage risk effectively
