About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage high-impact special projects and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute annual planning processes
Analyze and connect business, operational, and financial data to identify opportunities for increased profitability
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and other business functions
Serve as a strategic connector across teams
Drive organizational change initiatives
Build business cases, financial models, and executive presentations
Monitor initiative performance, track key metrics
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers, accelerate decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years
At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required
Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required
Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
