About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage high-impact special projects and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute annual planning processes
  • Analyze and connect business, operational, and financial data to identify opportunities for increased profitability
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and other business functions
  • Serve as a strategic connector across teams
  • Drive organizational change initiatives
  • Build business cases, financial models, and executive presentations
  • Monitor initiative performance, track key metrics
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers, accelerate decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required
  • Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required
  • Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
