Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a group of software engineers/managers across multiple product lines

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of industry experience
At least 5 years of prior management experience
System design expertise – low-latency, high-throughput, distributed systems
Technical judgment – evaluate trade-offs, scalability, resilience
Performance optimization – latency, locking, throughput
Data platform understanding – streaming, event-driven flows, rule engines
Bachelors degree required; higher education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable
