Senior AML Sanctions Specialist
PNCAML Sanctions Specialist Senior developing and implementing enterprise compliance programs at PNC. Collaborating on regulatory requirements and preparing compliance reports with business oversight.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- develops plans and assists in the overall implementation of enterprise wide and business unit Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions Programs
- assists in the execution and oversight of activities to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act, AML, USA PATRIOT ACT and Sanctions Program requirements
- challenges analyses, reviews and recommendations
- coordinates AML and Sanctions compliance monitoring and oversees preparation of compliance reports
- prepares and edits AML and Sanctions compliance reports and/or customer risk profiles
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering/Sanctions Policies and Procedures
- familiarity with Compliance Reporting, Customer Risk, Regulatory Requirements, Risk Assessments, and Risk Control
- bachelor's degree
- experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
