About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design and development of application features across backend services (Java 21) and frontend applications (Angular)
- Own architecture decisions spanning APIs, UI state management, performance, security, and scalability
- Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
- Promote automated testing across the stack
- Support CI/CD pipelines for both UI and backend components
- Mentor engineers across frontend and backend disciplines
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Java (17/21+), Spring Boot
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS
- Apache Kafka experience preferred
- Knowledge of microservices, event-driven designs, and cloud-native patterns
