Relationship Manager I – Business Banking
PNCRelationship Manager in PNC's Business Banking organization focusing on client engagement and revenue growth. Handling client relationships and financial analysis in the Greater Houston Market.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue, and market share
- Work with clients with basic levels of risk and complexity of needs
- Acquire and/or expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet
- Manage origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services
- Identify and mitigate different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks
- Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs
- Build effective networks of internal and external relationships to acquire and/or expand existing clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Experience in Client Relationship Building and Financial Analysis
- Understanding of Credit Processes and Credit Products
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Strong customer engagement abilities
- Knowledge of business acumen and customer experience management
- Proficient communication skills
- Tech savvy
