Key responsibilities & impact

Focuses on acquiring new clients across financial wellness solutions.
Emphasis is on growing sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
Acquires and/or expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
Handles the origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of non-credit products and services.
Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients.
Identifies and mitigates different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community and industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
Presents the full range of PNC's products and services.
Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and inform on financial wellness solutions product knowledge, industry benchmarking, and solution positioning.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
Experience selling to professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, wholesale, general services.
Bachelor’s degree
Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
