About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Focuses on acquiring new clients across financial wellness solutions.
  • Emphasis is on growing sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
  • Acquires and/or expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
  • Handles the origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of non-credit products and services.
  • Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients.
  • Identifies and mitigates different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
  • Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community and industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
  • Presents the full range of PNC's products and services.
  • Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and inform on financial wellness solutions product knowledge, industry benchmarking, and solution positioning.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • Experience selling to professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, wholesale, general services.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
