About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end annual planning for the function, including timeline orchestration, intake, prioritization support, consolidation of inputs, validation, and executive readouts.
  • Drive continuous planning (monthly/quarterly reforecasts, plan variance reviews, scenario planning), ensuring decisions are anchored in current data and delivery realities.
  • Design, build, and maintain executive-grade dashboards that provide a single source of truth across planning, spend, forecasting, delivery performance, and value outcomes using Power BI.
  • Build and manage Power Apps / Power Platform solutions to streamline planning intake, approvals, workflow tracking, and data quality controls—reducing manual reporting effort and cycle time.
  • Track performance against plan, surfacing trends, gaps, and drivers with clear recommendations.
  • Influence cross-functional partners without authority by setting standards, aligning on definitions, and driving adoption of common planning and reporting routines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced Power BI: data modeling, DAX, performance optimization, interactive dashboards, executive storytelling through visuals.
  • Power Apps / Power Platform: building workflow apps, structured intake, process automation and governance-minded solutions.
  • Strong finance planning acumen: annual planning, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, prioritization support.
  • Executive communications: concise narratives, strong presence with senior leaders, ability to distill complexity to decision-ready insights.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder asks with precision.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; able to create clarity, define the "ask," and drive structured execution.
  • Advanced degree or certifications preferred (e.g., Power BI / Power Platform credentials, PMP or equivalent).
