About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consult, recommend, design and/or develop learning solutions that fulfill business objectives and achieve return on investment
- Curate and/or develop learning solutions to enhance the experience of our learners by applying a holistic, cross-functional lens to all projects
- Incorporate innovation into the design and development of learning deliverables by pursuing current trends and applying a growth mindset
- Collaborate effectively with peers, subject matter experts, and vendors to drive successful learning projects from beginning to end
- Assist and lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
