Senior Business Systems Analyst
PNCSenior Business Systems Analyst supporting technology delivery by translating business needs into actionable requirements. Collaborating between business stakeholders and technical teams at PNC's Lending Technology organization.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a technical liaison between business partners, product owners, developers, and QA teams
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Create and write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
- Collaborate closely with QA and development teams
- Support testing activities by validating requirements and reviewing test scenarios
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels of technical expertise
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong technical aptitude
- Strong experience with REST APIs and JSON payload analysis
- Experience reviewing and authoring API specifications using Swagger
- Proven data mapping and data transformation experience
- Ability to understand and document complex system ‑ to ‑ system integrations
- Ability to create and maintain end-to-end process flows and orchestration diagrams
- Solid understanding of testing concepts
- Proven experience creating and writing user stories and functional requirements
- Experience serving as a technical liaison between business and technology teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
