About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals
  • Acquire and/or expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet
  • Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients
  • Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks
  • Provide ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being
  • Build relationships to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience
  • Present the full range of PNC's products and services to clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • Knowledgeable of Credit Processes
  • Knowledgeable of Credit Products
  • Experience in Client Relationship Building
  • Effective Decision Making
  • Proficient in Financial Analysis
  • Skill in Identifying Sales Opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree
