About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

oversee the setup and processing of asset transfer service requests, ensuring accuracy based on client instructions, transfer of cash and assets, and required verifications
ensure operational controls and procedures are followed to support accurate, compliant, and timely asset transfers
monitor team workflow and capacity to ensure work is distributed evenly and service level expectations are met
actively support the team by resolving escalations, identifying root causes, and implementing process improvements
partner with internal stakeholders to address issues impacting asset transfer processing and client experience
conduct regular career development conversations, coaching, and performance feedback with team members
manage performance, including handling escalations and administering corrective actions as needed
foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

demonstrated strength in critical thinking and high-level problem solving
experience managing operational workflows in a regulated, high-volume environment (financial services experience strongly preferred)
proven ability to lead, develop, and engage teams while driving consistent execution
strong attention to detail with the ability to balance risk management and service delivery
typically 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience is required
in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
