About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • oversee the setup and processing of asset transfer service requests, ensuring accuracy based on client instructions, transfer of cash and assets, and required verifications
  • ensure operational controls and procedures are followed to support accurate, compliant, and timely asset transfers
  • monitor team workflow and capacity to ensure work is distributed evenly and service level expectations are met
  • actively support the team by resolving escalations, identifying root causes, and implementing process improvements
  • partner with internal stakeholders to address issues impacting asset transfer processing and client experience
  • conduct regular career development conversations, coaching, and performance feedback with team members
  • manage performance, including handling escalations and administering corrective actions as needed
  • foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • demonstrated strength in critical thinking and high-level problem solving
  • experience managing operational workflows in a regulated, high-volume environment (financial services experience strongly preferred)
  • proven ability to lead, develop, and engage teams while driving consistent execution
  • strong attention to detail with the ability to balance risk management and service delivery
  • typically 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience is required
  • in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
