Foster Agile values and practices
Support a Scrum team
Ensure team adherence to Agile principles
Assist with coaching a Scrum team on executing the Scrum framework
Experiment with processes and tools for continuous improvement
Work with senior scrum masters to protect the team from outside influences
Partner with Product Owner to ensure prioritization of backlog items

2+ years of relevant professional experience
