About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design and development of NLP modules and conversational AI capabilities
- Drive experimentation and refinement of language models
- Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to the engineering team
- Oversee integration of AI services into enterprise platforms
- Create and lead the technical design and development of software solutions
- Propose & design software solutions to address complex business needs
- Facilitate complex problem resolution
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues
- Review coding, testing, and documentation of software
