About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Constructs and guides originating and structuring activities for a specific capital markets product, strategy or industry.
  • Performs and utilizes complex financial analyses, due diligence and research related to capital markets transactions to manage and develop client relationships directly and as part of deal teams.
  • Partners with sales team, relationship managers, traders and other internal service partners to originate and structure fundamental capital markets solutions to our more complex clients.
  • Works with management and senior members of the team to identify and suggest appropriate solutions based on client objectives and market conditions.
  • Develops and maintains client relationships.
  • Assumes increasing responsibility to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Works in support of key comprehensive capital markets strategies to maximize sales, new business activity and customer support.
  • Actively participates in the execution and leadership of these activities.
  • Maintains current knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensures compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with infrastructure project finance
  • Formal Credit training
  • Financial modeling skills strongly preferred
  • Licenses required: SIE, S63 and 79 within 180 days of employment
