About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

applies advanced specialty product knowledge to the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans
supports the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with loan document
resolves non-compliant issues through written and verbal communication with both internal and external parties
may review and process loan payments, escrows and reserve account disbursements
may assist in the preparation of periodic reporting including investor, internal and regulatory reports
must maintain accurate and up-to-date loan servicing records in the servicing system

Requirements

What you’ll need

must have customer service skills
must be able to read and understand loan documents
must be able to perform various types of calculations
2+ years of relevant professional experience
in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
