About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end‑to‑end project delivery across assigned C&IB business segments.
  • Partner with Business leaders and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives within lending, leasing, and other transformation areas.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Drive budget management as a core responsibility, ensuring financial discipline and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate resource allocation across teams, ensuring proper staffing and prioritization.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Clarizen, Jira) to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Prepare executive‑level updates, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with technology, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities to improve project execution and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance standards and compliance requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in a corporate environment.
  • Strong proficiency in budget management and financial tracking.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as: JIRA, Clarizen, Oracle Fusion
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work cross functionally.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast‑changing environments.
  • Experience in the banking industry, especially within Corporate & Institutional Banking preferred.
  • Background supporting lending, leasing, or credit‑related initiatives preferred.
  • Exposure to AI‑driven project tools or automation solutions preferred.
