About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain uptime and performance for the ATM ecosystem
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues using tools like Dynatrace
- Deploy and validate vendor patches, updates, and configuration changes
- Install and maintain system certificates and ensure secure, compliant configuration
- Monitor systems availability, performance, and capacity against baseline metrics
- Develop in-depth knowledge of supported systems and applications
- Lead application governance, such as required attestations, continuity testing, impact analysis, responding to audit/regulatory inquiries
