About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop MLOps engineering capabilities to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade ML platforms.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to accelerate the operationalization of machine learning solutions.
  • Champion standards for automation, CI/CD, and observability to ensure reliability and efficiency at scale.
  • Provide technical and strategic leadership in MLOps architecture and platform evolution.
  • Advance continuous improvement of ML lifecycle processes to enable faster, more reliable business outcomes.
  • Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
  • Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
  • Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
  • Facilitates complex problem resolution.
  • Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience leading MLOps or DevOps teams in a production environment.
  • Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise in ML model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
