About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • oversee the financial management and performance of multifamily and commercial real estate investment funds
  • manage fund financial models, coordinate and review tax returns, administer capital calls and distributions
  • monitor fund performance against projected yields
  • ensures that investor commitments, distributions, and return expectations are met in alignment with offering documents and investment strategy
  • performs internal and external reporting on fund performance, ad hoc, and specific analytic tasks as requested
  • develop and maintain the upper tier model to ensure assumptions are consistent with internal and investor requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of industry relevant experience
  • preferred skills: Capital Management, Change Management, Credit Assessment, Equity Research, Financial Analysis, Investments, Management Reporting
  • competencies: Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Fund Management, Fund Performance Analysis, Investment Performance Measurement, Investment Reporting, Problem Solving, Tax Regulations
  • university / college degree is typically required
