About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a single project from concept through implementation and post-project assessment
  • Own project outcomes, ensuring delivery within established timelines, scope, and budget
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations
  • Ensure adequate team resourcing and capacity planning to support project execution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assign tasks, drive execution, and ensure alignment on project goals and priorities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, technology teams, compliance partners, and external vendors
  • Monitor, track, and report project progress through established management information systems
  • Create and deliver status reports, presentations, and executive updates as needed
  • Communicate project expectations, updates, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively to stakeholders and team members
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely completion
  • Identify, document, escalate, and support mitigation of project risks and issues, ensuring alignment with AML regulatory requirements where applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • strong proficiency in Project Management principles
  • strong proficiency in Organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Financial management understanding
  • Resource planning, schedule management, and risk management
  • Bachelor’s degree with < 1 year of professional experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
