About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of a single project from concept through implementation and post-project assessment
Own project outcomes, ensuring delivery within established timelines, scope, and budget
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations
Ensure adequate team resourcing and capacity planning to support project execution
Partner with cross-functional teams to assign tasks, drive execution, and ensure alignment on project goals and priorities
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, technology teams, compliance partners, and external vendors
Monitor, track, and report project progress through established management information systems
Create and deliver status reports, presentations, and executive updates as needed
Communicate project expectations, updates, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively to stakeholders and team members
Track milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely completion
Identify, document, escalate, and support mitigation of project risks and issues, ensuring alignment with AML regulatory requirements where applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need

strong proficiency in Project Management principles
strong proficiency in Organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
Financial management understanding
Resource planning, schedule management, and risk management
Bachelor’s degree with < 1 year of professional experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
