Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the oversight of risk management strategies and program execution
Manages manager(s) and serves as a senior risk advocate for the risk management program
Owns the risk management programs and is accountable for setting strategy
Oversees the timely and proper execution of the risk management program
Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners
Monitors changes in internal and external factors and identifies emerging risks
Manages and engages employees and develops internal capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of industry-relevant experience
At least 5 years of prior management experience
Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility
