About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
  • Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives.

  • Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes.
  • Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
  • Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
  • Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
  • Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong professional background in project coordination/management.
  • Significant experience with scope of work review and quote obtainment.
  • Understanding of Invoicing and Finance protocol and processing
  • Track and report on cost overhead detailing efficiencies, cost avoidance and cost savings
  • Working with various lines of business to manage to budget and forecast costs for monthly reporting
  • Engage in the identification, due diligence and onboarding of new vendors processes
  • Assist in preparing all materials for any committee approvals required to support new project funding request/need.
  • Review and approve vendor proposals in accordance with contract pricing and line of business standard
  • Manage vendor service request volumes, service level agreement compliance and quality of installation
  • Develop reporting packages that illustrate equipment upgrades, spend, work status and timelines for completion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment delivering to deadlines.
  • Solid attention to detail managing to Physical Security protection standards
  • Must have technical expertise in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required.
