Operations Manager II – Covenant Administration

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the development of the operations strategy
- Execute operating plan and communicate strategy to operations team
- Manage two or more functions across one or more sites
- Responsible for achieving desired business results
- Act as a senior point of escalation for complex processes
- Review and provide oversight on end-to-end processes
- Interact with customers to drive business results and resolve escalated issues
- Provide coaching and development to team members
- Lead staff meetings and communicate the strategic direction
- Develop, review and approve standard operating procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- university / college degree
- 3+ years of industry-relevant experience
- 2 years of previous managerial experience in an operations or production environment
- a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
