Senior Business Experience Advisor – Administration

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define clear expectations for processes, stakeholder responsibilities, and supplier engagement to ensure consistent execution across teams.
- Lead change management efforts by guiding stakeholders through process updates, communicating impacts effectively, and supporting adoption of new ways of working to drive sustainable improvements.
- Indirectly lead cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
- Execute key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives.
- Deliver customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
- Lead execution and implementation of business planning processes.
- Design strategic plans based on forecasts, and provide improvement recommendations.
- Identify and execute opportunities that add significant value to the business and to achieve business goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams.
- Background in employee experience, business operations, program management, or corporate events.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Planner, Smartsheet, Asana).
- Experience with process improvement or Lean methodologies.
