What you’ll need

3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience in process mapping, customer journey mapping, and Agile methodology story writing
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to leverage new capabilities and emerging technologies
Strong presentation skills
