Key responsibilities & impact

Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of property operations to determine the viability of a proposed loan
Gather, analyze and understand financial statements and other documents to evaluate the risk profile of the transaction
Conduct the analysis and structuring process for individual properties or a portfolio
