Key responsibilities & impact

Manage credit and other account adjustments
Support credit review process and work adjustments in a timely manner
Build strong working relationships
Assist with aged items and escalations
Participate in cross-training for responsibilities extending to debit adjustments, domestic collections, and other departmental processes
Execute routine and complex transactions/processes of varying risk and financial value
Identify and address exceptions and serve as a point of escalation for complex transactions

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years experience
Associates or equivalent degree
Knowledge of credit and account adjustments
Strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
Ability to maintain production and quality standards
Collaboration with internal partners and external financial institutions
