About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports and executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience
- Completes analysis of digital experience trends and third party requirements as necessary
- Supports business case development
- Makes effective recommendations for the development and design of new and existing digital experiences
- Partners with key stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals
- Participates in product-specific marketing initiatives
- Supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs
- Coordinates reporting and recommends modifications to improve results
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Agile Web Development
- Business Requirements Documentation (BRD)
- Data Visualization
- Digital User Experience
- Employee Engagement
- IT Architecture
- JavaScript
- Wireframing
- A university / college degree, or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
