manage and direct a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals
oversee execution of strategy
lead and coordinate daily activities of team members engaged in customer and/or prospect management activities
attract new customers and/or grow existing customer relationships by coaching and managing to defined strategies and tactics

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of industry-relevant experience
at least 5 years of prior management experience
bachelor's degree or higher; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered
FINRA Series 7, 63 required
