Capital Markets Senior Associate – Sales Derivative Products Group
PNCCapital Markets Sr. Associate specializing in Interest Rate Derivatives Sales & Trading within PNC's Derivative Products organization.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contributes to sales activities for a specific product(s) or transaction(s)
- Manages and develops client relationships
- Provides superior client experience
- Works closely with senior sales team, relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other internal service partners to develop, market and deliver capital markets solutions to clients
- Provides appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions
- Develops and maintains client and/or investor relationships and other support functions as necessary
- Supports or executes sales and marketing strategies, such as product structuring and product distribution, to maximize sales and develop new business activity
- Maintains current knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements
- Maintains compliance with policies and regulations
- Provides coaching to other team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Preferred Skills: Client Relationship Building, Corporate Finance, Decision Making, Equity Trading Systems, Financial Accounting, Investments, Investment Strategies, Trading Strategies
- Competencies: Analytical Thinking, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Financial Analysis, Financial Engineering, Financial Services Industry, Knowledge Of Customers, Managing Multiple Priorities, Sales Function
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
