About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Providing independent quality oversight, risk support, and continuous improvement leadership within the Quality Control Organizations (QCO)
Ensuring operational work meets established quality standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while supporting strong risk management practices
Partnering closely with line‑of‑business leaders, risk partners, and other QCO teams to identify control gaps, assess control effectiveness, and execute process improvement initiatives
Conducting complex quality reviews, analyzing trends, and delivering actionable insights that reduce rework, mitigate risk, and improve overall performance
Supporting the remediation of open issues and matters, contributing to audits and exams
Managing projects or special assignments as needed
Mentoring peers, assisting with new‑hire onboarding, and identifying training needs across the department

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of relevant professional experience
Preferred systems knowledge: ACBS, CLASS, Tableau, CapitalStream, and DNA.
It is preferred to also have a working knowledge with Commercial Booking and/or Quality Control review of Commercial loans.
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role
