About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models that align with business objectives.
  • Create IT roadmaps and strategies for digital transformation and modernization.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Oversee the integration of IT systems across departments.
  • Ensure interoperability and scalability of technology platforms.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
  • Establish and enforce IT standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (e.g., FISMA, FedRamp).
  • Communication, Relationship Building, Collaboration, Influencing
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree.
  • Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
  • Industry experience is typically 8+ years.
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
