About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models that align with business objectives.
- Create IT roadmaps and strategies for digital transformation and modernization.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
- Oversee the integration of IT systems across departments.
- Ensure interoperability and scalability of technology platforms.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
- Establish and enforce IT standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity protocols.
- Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning.
- Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to align technology initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of enterprise-wide projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to technical staff.
- Prepare proposals and estimates for IT projects.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
- Apply corrective actions when projects deviate from plans.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and digital transformation.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (e.g., FISMA, FedRamp).
- Communication, Relationship Building, Collaboration, Influencing
- Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree.
- Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
- Industry experience is typically 8+ years.
- At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
