About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models that align with business objectives.
Create IT roadmaps and strategies for digital transformation and modernization.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Oversee the integration of IT systems across departments.
Ensure interoperability and scalability of technology platforms.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
Establish and enforce IT standards, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity protocols.
Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning.
Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to align technology initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of enterprise-wide projects.
Provide mentorship and guidance to technical staff.
Prepare proposals and estimates for IT projects.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
Apply corrective actions when projects deviate from plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and digital transformation.
Familiarity with enterprise tools like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and ServiceNow.
Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (e.g., FISMA, FedRamp).
Communication, Relationship Building, Collaboration, Influencing
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree.
Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
Industry experience is typically 8+ years.
At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
