Key responsibilities & impact

Provide legal advice and support to the Retail Operations team focused on third party process, including subpoenas and garnishments
day to day management of subpoena and garnishment matters
ongoing review and advice concerning existing processes and legal parameters used by the Retail Operations team to fulfill third-party service items
management of litigation and regulatory enforcement matters that arise in the Retail Operations space
conducts research, provides procedural legal advice, and participates in the support and resolution of significant legal matters
provides enterprise perspective and partnership to inside and outside legal counsel
reviews and prepares transactional and other routine legal documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience
