About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assists in the execution of a quality control program within a defined department of the organization
Under supervision, enables adherence with quality management programs
Assists in the execution of the quality program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable
Supports the development and continuous improvement of the quality management system
Generates reports for distribution to various users in the organization, customers, or suppliers
Leads quality improvement initiatives; works to develop and improve quality levels; provides training, coaching and feedback
Provides conclusions and recommendations for issues and/or continuous improvement projects
Conducts quality analysis; identifies systemic issues, executes on effective root cause analysis and corrective actions
Supports the development of quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines and control plans which assure quality and reliability of products and services

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of relevant professional experience
Preferred Skills in Change Management, Corporate Governance, Data Analytics, Process Efficiencies, Process Improvements, Risk Assessments
Competencies in Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, Coaching Others, Customer Support Policies, Standards and Procedures, Data Gathering and Reporting, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Internal Controls, Managing Multiple Priorities, Quality Management
Bachelors degree or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered
