About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establishes and enhances effective compliance programs
- Designs policies to identify and prevent illegal, unethical, or improper business practices
- Manages regulatory examinations and inquiries
- Direct compliance monitoring program and reviews activity
- Communicates compliance program objectives to stakeholders
- Assesses activity for existing and emerging risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 8+ years of industry experience
- At least 5 years of prior management experience
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Experience in Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs)
- Strong expertise in Operational and Compliance Risk management
- Knowledge on current laws, rules, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to independently challenge analyses and formulate recommendations
