About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manages a team (or multiple teams) that conduct research and discovery, and collect and interpret business and/or IT requirements
Participates in the development and review of processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting
Leads business analysts in the collation and articulation of business requirements
Ensures strategic alignment between applicable functions
Communicates with key stakeholders on the establishment of expectations and priorities, to support business processes
Consults on business cases, referring to scope, objectives, budget, schedule, and risk assessment
Establishes metrics and processes to ensure that all requirements are fully met

5+ years of industry-relevant experience
at least 3 years of prior management experience
knowledge of business needs and processes
