Key responsibilities & impact

Support end-to-end project delivery, including scope definition, schedules, milestones, and risk tracking
Assist with budget forecasting, project financial tracking, and variance reporting
Maintain project plans, dashboards, and documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence
Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams and stakeholders within the AMG line of business
Track project progress and escalate risks or issues as appropriate
Prepare status reports, meeting materials, and project documentation
Follow established project management standards, processes, and governance frameworks
Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices within AMG

Requirements

What you’ll need

General project management or project coordination experience
Some experience with budget forecasting or financial tracking in a project environment
Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with Agile delivery concepts and workflows
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Experience or exposure to the financial services or asset management industry preferred
