About the role
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Write clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define and review test cases, perform testing validations, and support UAT.
- Provide functional guidance and user support for enterprise platforms.
- Drive enhancements related to document storage, workflow automation, and system integrations.
- Support initiatives leveraging Gen AI to improve product functionality and business processes.
- Ensure product solutions meet compliance, scalability, and usability standards.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Proven experience translating business needs into product requirements.
- Strong expertise in:
- o Writing business requirements and technical specifications
- o Developing user stories and use cases
- o Backlog management and prioritization
- Hands on experience with Hyland OnBase.
- Experience with Seismic (Sales Enablement Platform).
- Experience with testing activities, including test case creation, validations, and UAT support.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and end users.
- Familiarity with document management and document storage systems.
- Knowledge of Gen AI concepts and applied use cases in product development.
