Drive PNC's Small Business Merchant Services growth across the West Territory
Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and disciplined sales execution
Lead and execute the regional sales strategy for Small Business Merchant Services
Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through direct sales teams
Build and manage high-performing sales leaders and frontline teams
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed merchant solutions into client conversations
Monitor regional performance against targets and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Product partners to ensure compliant solutions

At least 5 years of prior management experience
Bachelor's degree
