About the role
- Drive PNC's Small Business Merchant Services growth across the West Territory
- Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and disciplined sales execution
- Lead and execute the regional sales strategy for Small Business Merchant Services
- Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through direct sales teams
- Build and manage high-performing sales leaders and frontline teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed merchant solutions into client conversations
- Monitor regional performance against targets and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Product partners to ensure compliant solutions

- At least 5 years of prior management experience
