Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods
  • Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners
  • Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes
  • Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations
  • Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts
  • Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals
  • Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy
  • Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong professional background in project coordination/management
  • Significant experience with scope of work review and quote obtainment
  • Understanding of Invoicing and Finance protocol and processing
  • Must have technical expertise in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment delivering to deadlines
  • Solid attention to detail managing to Physical Security protection standards
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered
